What's the similarity between BF, SM, LM, V and CHN?
They are the type of blades that coach usually sell.
BF - Made at one of the best established forges in Europe, the Blaise Freres forge in Le Chambon-Feugerolles, France. Comes in blue, gold, silver,and black. Usually maraging blades. Usually FIE too. What are maraging blades? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maraging_steel
SM - cannot find any info on this online. but from experience, it's usually softer. rumour has it that it is easier to be broken. comes in more colours i think. oh, got rainbow colour. which looks like an oil spill you see on the road according to daniel tan.
LM - Russian blade. Heavier. More sturdy. harder to bend. harder to break. quite hard to flick. correction. almost impossible to flick.

V - Leon paul blade. supposedly lightest blade in the world. Some FIE, some not FIE. if u look closely at the blade, there's a number on it that represents its flexibility. the bigger the number, the more flexible i think. ranges from 42-50 i think. http://www.leonpaul.com/acatalog/Shop_Home_Epee_Blades_Electric_22.html

CHN - china blades lor. there are 2 types of china blades. one type is the one the year1s are using. the older type is the one jon is using currently until he gets back his V-blade tml i think. they are the cheapest blade at 65 bucks. while FIE blades are like 200plus? so u can break 3 china blades until u regret not buying a FIE blade. Usually china blades differ a lot in quality, some are very easy to bend, so very flicky. some are very hard and durable, but brittle. so still break easily. I think everyone has broken at least one china blade. But china blades are usually heavier than the FIE blades lar. So up to you to buy 3 CHN blades or 1 FIE blade.
Btw, the difference in colour of the blade is just the difference in colour. No really significant diffence in durability, strength, or flexibility. It's all in the mind. I used to have a nice black BF blade. Then it broke. So, now i have a nice silver BF blade. And both of them have the same flexibility *flick*
To prevent your blade from breaking. One, don't hit too hard. Two, after getting your point, pull back your blade quickly so that you won't break it.
Btw, bladebreakers is the name of the beyblade group Tyson is in in the anime and manga "Beyblade"
